Psychotherapy is a powerful and supportive process that helps individuals explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours in a safe and confidential environment. Guided by a trained therapist, it offers a space for self-discovery, healing, and personal growth. Whether you're navigating challenges, working through past experiences, or seeking to better understand yourself, psychotherapy provides tools and insights to build resilience, improve relationships, and lead a more fulfilling life. It's not just for those in crisis—it's a proactive step toward mental wellness and emotional strength.

Currently, I work with teens (16+), adults, couples, and facilitate group therapy in the community. If you’re looking for a compassionate therapist who understands the challenges of life and genuinely cares about your healing journey, I’d be honoured to work with you.

All races, religions, sexual orientations, and genders are welcome.

As a psychotherapist, I bring a unique blend of professional expertise and lived experience to my work. My personal and professional journey has given me deep insight into challenges such as caregiver burnout, trauma, C-PTSD, anxiety, religious trauma, and intimacy and sexuality. Further, I have extensive knowledge of neurodivergence and the Jehovah’s Witness religion. These experiences have shaped my understanding of human resilience and inform the nonjudgmental presence I bring to the therapy room. I’m committed to creating a therapeutic space that is inclusive, affirming, and responsive to each person’s individual needs and ways of experiencing the world.

I believe true wellbeing comes from nurturing both mind and body. Outside of my practice, I find balance through yoga, reading, and savouring life’s simple pleasures—like enjoying delicious Thai food.

I am registered with BCACC as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia.
