Hi, I’m Adrianne.
As a psychotherapist, I bring a unique blend of professional expertise and lived experience to my practice. My personal experiences with mental health, including dealing with caregiver burnout, trauma, anxiety, grief, and religious disconnection, inform my therapeutic approach. I’ve been on the receiving end of therapy and know firsthand the powerful difference it can make in someone’s life. Therapy gave me a chance to heal, and it’s what inspires me to offer that same opportunity to others.
I believe in balance and taking care of the mind and body so, personally, I prioritize activities that nurture both. Whether it’s unwinding with a good book, practicing yoga, or enjoying delicious thai food, I know the value of slowing down and appreciating the small joys in life.
I hold a master’s degree in counselling psychology from the University of British Columbia.
